Metal Fabrication
At Jover we select high quality steels to manufacture solid and durable frames, guaranteeing the necessary strength in each bed base and canapé. We use CNC cutting processes, profile bending and specialised welding to shape and join the metal structures according to design. Each piece undergoes anti-corrosion treatment and electrostatic painting before final assembly with wood and plastic components, ensuring an aesthetic finish and excellent protection against wear and tear.
Wood Manufacturing
Wood is an essential component in our products, providing warmth and comfort. We carefully select high quality wood, such as beech, known for its strength and flexibility. The manufacturing process begins with the drying and treatment of the wood to ensure its stability and durability. Plastic Manufacturing
In our plastic component manufacturing line, we employ advanced technologies such as 3D printing and injection moulding. 3D printing allows us to prototype and develop parts with complex geometries quickly and efficiently. Once the design has been validated, we use injection moulding for mass production, ensuring precision and uniformity in each component.
